When you click on the "Forgot your login" link in the login box, do you get a form that doesn't have a submit button? The form is designed in Community Builder to show the two checkboxes for help with either your password or your username. In most cases, when you click on one of the boxes, the rest of the page magically slides up to display (including the submit button). But this doesn't happen for all users (most notably IE8).
Here's the solution:
Go to Extensions -- Template Manager. Check the radio button beside your default template and then click on the Change or Edit button at the upper right. In your template, you may have a setting for "Input Styling" that is on by default. Turn that off and you should have a working login reminder page once more!.\ |
